Photo ID checks
Ask a signer to prove who they are before the document opens. They photograph a passport, driving licence or national ID card; the check runs, and only a pass lets them through. The photograph goes to our verification partner and never to us, and the result is written into the audit trail with the signature.

Questions people ask before they start
Are the integrations really included?
Yes. The managed package, the send button, Flow actions and automatic filing of the signed PDF are all part of every paid plan, at the price shown on this page. There is no separate connector fee, no higher tier to reach for, and no minimum number of seats.
How much does SignSecure cost per user?
SignSecure is $12 per user per month billed annually, or $15 billed monthly. That price includes unlimited documents, the API and every integration, so the whole product is on one price.
Is there a minimum number of users?
No. You can buy a single licence and add seats whenever your team changes shape, at the same per-user price.
What counts as a document?
One document is one agreement sent out for signature, however many pages and signers it has. On paid plans there is no monthly cap, so a renewal season costs the same as a quiet month.
Do signers need an account?
No. Your signer opens the link from their email and signs in the browser they already have open. Nothing to install, nothing to sign up for. You only pay for the people on your side who send.
Can I try it before paying?

Are the signatures legally binding?
Every completed document is sealed, timestamped and carries a full audit trail, aligned with ESIGN and UETA in the United States and eIDAS in the European Union. There is more detail on the legality page.
What happens to my documents if I move to the free plan?
Everything you have already signed stays available to download, and anything filed to a CRM record stays on that record. Completed agreements belong to you.
