  • Salesforce app includedThe managed package ships with every paid plan, not with a higher one.
  • Start with one seatStart with one sender. Add more the week you need them.
  • Unlimited documentsA busy renewal quarter costs exactly what a quiet one does.
  • Sealed PDFs as standardEvery finished document carries a certificate of completion.

What you are not charged for

The list below is the whole list. If something is not a seat, it is already in the price.

Envelope overages

Paid plans send an unlimited number of documents, so there is no envelope allowance to watch, no top up to buy in a heavy month, and no finance conversation in March about how many agreements the team is allowed to close. Send what the quarter asks for.

An integration tier

Salesforce is part of the Business plan. There is no separate connector line and no tier to climb to reach it.

API access

The REST API is open on every paid plan, whether you call it once a month or wire it into a nightly job.

Per signer fees

A document with six signers on it costs the same as a document with one. Signers never need an account of their own.

Implementation

Setup help comes with the plan. An agent walks you through the package install, your templates and your first live send.

Storage of finished documents

Sealed PDFs and their certificates of completion stay available for as long as your plan is open.

Questions

Salesforce eSignature pricing questions

Short answers to what finance teams ask before they sign the order form. If yours is not here, an agent will answer it during setup.

Is the Salesforce app really part of the $12?
Yes. The managed package, the send button on your records, the Flow actions and the automatic filing of the signed PDF back on the record are all covered by the same per user rate.
Is there a seat minimum?
No. One sender is a valid plan. Add seats when your team grows and the rate per person stays where it is.
What happens if we send far more documents one quarter?
Nothing changes on the invoice. Paid plans include unlimited documents, so a renewal peak and a quiet month cost the same.
How many signers can one document have?
As many as the agreement needs. Signers open a link in their browser and never need an account, so there is no per signer charge.
Can we try it before we buy seats?
The free tier covers 5 documents a month with 1 sender and no watermark, which is enough to send a real agreement to a real signer. See the free plan for what it includes.
Are the signatures legally valid?
Every completed document is flattened, hashed and timestamped with a certificate of completion, aligned with ESIGN and UETA in the United States and eIDAS in the European Union. More detail sits on the legality page.
